If you are reading this you are bravely considering a therapeutic process for yourself or a loved one. I have worked in the mental health care industry for just over 10 years and have a multitude of experience having worked in varied contexts - From the Department of Health, The Department of Defense, to The Department of Correctional Services.
I work with a broad range of mental health challenges, with those that may be functioning adequately in day to day life - to those that struggle with day to day living. I believe psychotherapy is for anyone and everyone.
My style, whilst largely influenced by a psychodynamic approach, is integrative in nature. This means that I strive to co-create the therapeutic process with the individual, family or group in front of me - using the best methodology to suit each person’s unique presentation. I incorporate creativity into my therapeutic space, but conduct sessions which are catered to creating a comfortable and safe environment.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, welcoming and empathetic space; grounded in the utmost ethical standards that govern health care.
