I am a registered Social Worker based in Ronderbosch East. I have over 13 years experience in the Addiction Field. I have special interest in the Families of those who has a substance dependency. Other areas of interest is Marriage Therapy, working with Individuals with Anxiety Disorders and Depression. I use Motivational Interviewing as a style of facilitation. Most of the treatment modalities I make use of is evidence based. I am an advocate for speaking up against stigma of mental health concerns and addiction, as I believe that any stigma attached to the above mentioned continues to prevent individuals from accessing life saving treatment options.
