I am a Registered Counsellor who offers online counselling sessions with an aim to assist people reach their full mental potential. By helping people realize everything begins with a thought that produces negative emotions which later produce negative behavior, I can assist them to manage their thoughts and channel that negative energy into something positive.
In my sessions with clients, I offer a Victim-Centered approach in therapy and bring a diversity of specialized service skills, social resources, cultural competence, and a trauma-informed perspective to empower and assert people who have suffered mental trauma.
My counselling experience include debriefing counselling sessions at The Teddy Bear Clinic for sexually abused children. I have provided counselling services through the Phelophepha Train. I have also conducted debriefing sessions for victims of crime at Midrand Police Station Victim Empowerment Unit. One on one counselling services to varsity students at Pearson Institute of Higher Education and normal members of the community. I have co-facilitated psycho-social workshops both Crescent and Cluny Farms for the mentally disadvantaged and lastly but not least, I have co-facilitated psycho-social workshops at Leeuwkop Correctional Services.
I am a qualified 16 PF Personality Test and Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Level 1 practitioner. I offer professional career guidance, family therapy, couples therapy, career counselling psychological screening.
Upon request, I also provide Christian Counselling.
