I am an HPCSA registered counsellor who provides supportive counselling to gay men in Cape Town. I have completed a honours level BPsych degree and a Higher Certificate in Communication and Counselling, for which I was awarded the Dean's Award for the highest academic achievement.
As a gay-affirmative counsellor I offer supportive counselling to gay men who are experiencing sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems.
My areas of practice are addiction, substance abuse, trauma, self-esteem, stress, HIV/AIDS, relationship difficulties, depression, and anxiety in gay men.
I also help gay men with discrimination, social pressures (drugs, alcohol, sex), guilt and shame, and intimacy.
I work from my counselling practice in De Waterkant Monday to Saturday and after hours where necessary.
