I am an Occupational Therapist that worked in the rehabilitation of patients with mental illness for the first ten years of my career.
For the past twenty years I have been consulting in the insurance and legal industries. My main interest still lies in the field of mental illness and it's prevalence in the work environment.
My interest in mental illness has led me to develop a number of workshops and webinars that I present to organisations to assist with the understanding and management of mental illness and general promotion of mental wellness in the workplace. I run these on a regular basis as well as on a customised, in-house basis as and when requested by clients.
