They operate within the contexts of family, school, peer groups and communities, and are able to conduct and interpret scholastic and psychometric tests. I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults dealing with a wide range of issues. My aim is to work with you or your child to promote and encourage positive change in their life, in whatever way that is defined and valued by them. Sustainable change happens when we feel comfortable and empowered to make our own decisions. That is why I place great importance on a warm and empathetic therapeutic relationship which is conducive to growth. I have helped people with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, process addictions and general day to day challenges. I draw from several approaches including mindfulness, CBT and DBT but tailor my work to the needs of my patients.
