I am passionate about providing therapy, and given the chance, I would honestly not want to do anything other than be a psychologist. I feel privileged to be able to collaborate with clients in helping them discover ways of coping and dealing with their challenges. I apply my clinical training in my work, as well as the intuition and insight I have developed in my more than twenty years' experience as a counselling psychologist.
My clinical practice offers me the opportunity to assist clients with many different types of challenges. I provide therapy to individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, families and sometimes groups.
I have special interest in the impact of trauma on our lives and on our functioning. I especially enjoy seeing how we make meaning of traumatic experiences as we work through them, and we integrate them into the rest of our lives in order to move forward.
