I provide a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment in which I help my clients to overcome their emotional problems and develop self-growth and well-being. I follow a “Person-Centered” approach by which I try to understand the world of the client through their eyes. In other words I try to understand the client and their struggles from their point of view. This enables me and the client to explore their true emotions and address unresolved issues.
