I am a registered clinical psychologist practicing in Parkhurst.

Deciding to start therapy is courageous, although not always easy. Investing in your psychological well-being can help you realise your fullest potential and achieve more satisfying and stable interpersonal relationships. I provide a non-judgmental and confidential space to deal with, and work through, personal, family, or life challenges and explore more adaptive ways of being in the world. Healing is perceived and experienced in many different ways through different value systems and beliefs, and while working predominantly from a psychodynamic perspective, it allows for adjusting, to work with your individual needs and expectations.

I provide short term and long term therapy to people with various concerns ranging from feelings of emptiness or discontent in daily life, to those individuals requiring assistance in dealing with changing circumstances, as well as clients dealing with illnesses that cause intense and persistent distress.

You are welcome to contact me on my cell or via email. Finding the right psychologist may be a daunting task, you are welcome to contact me about any concerns or questions before booking your first session.

Online sessions are available if you prefer to limit human contact.

My areas of interest and specialisation include: • Addiction (drugs, sex, gambling, etc) • Anger management • Anxiety / panic • Bereavement / grief • Bipolar • Conflict management and assertiveness • Couples / marital counselling • Depression • Eating disorders • Major psychiatric conditions, e.g. bipolar disorder • Personal growth • Relationship difficulties • Stress / lifestyle • Self esteem
