Bradley R. Daniels is a Clinical Psychologist (Independent Practice) registered with the HPCSA.

He works across several areas of mental health: ranging from psychopathology, to adjustment disorders, stress-management, trauma, sexuality and gender related issues, couples, sex-related and general relationship issues and family therapy.

Bradley is trained in the methodology of Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) with the British Society for BWRT. This methodology has been clinically proven to be an effective method to provide significant relief in areas such as fears, phobias, trauma and other stressful conditions. (www.bwrt.org)

While completing my Master's degree in Counselling for Mental Health and Wellness (MA CMHW) I had the rare honour to be trained by several founders and leaders in their fields of study.

Prof. Robert Landy, fondly named the modern forefather of psychodrama, taught me to use psychodrama and action approaches to therapy, which manages to rapidly shift patients who have been stuck for years in traditional "talk therapy ""with little or no progress.

In South Africa, we still live in the unconscious mileu of race or diversity awkwardness. While at NYU I was honoured with a scholarship to study, live and experience how to be a cross-culturally-competent psychologist in Puebla, Mexico under the expert guidance of the now late Prof. Ron Esposito. The notion of cross-cultural psychology is in its infancy in South Africa and through my practice I aim to both work with diversity factors: race, gender, age, sexuality and religious beliefs in a culturally competent manner.

The essence of Bradley R. Daniels Psychology Practice is to use an Integrative Approach, using various methodologies, to bring about the best solution of desired change for the client.

My critical approach is to use my specialist psychological skills in an applied manner to assist my patients through a wide range of life stressors: whether it be career, relationships, chronic illness or even to support them to make positive health change to optimise their health in an integrative and holistic manner.

My approach is an astute, no-nonsense and determined scientific approach while holding my patients in a gentle, safe and truthful manner toward optimizing their mental health and by so doingly their overall sense of well being and ability to cope effectively with the inevitable and often unplanned life challenges. The invitation is abundantly open for you to make the changes that you may have known for years, don't serve your life.

I invite you to optimise your psychosocial well-being.

Imagine sitting where you are right now, reading my words and visualise how much better you can make your life by taking the first step. Making contact is usually the hardest step patients face. Once you make the contact, I will support you with the rest to the ultimate best of my professional ability.

I invite you: make the call or send me an e-mail and we start the journey together...
