I am an experienced psychotherapist, offering short- and long-term individual psychotherapy. Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers a powerful experience of understanding how difficulties in living arise and continue. Research shows that this form of therapy offers long-term gains - in addition to relief of symptoms, this form of therapy aims to develop ways of living more freely and fully, with richer relationships and increased assertiveness as a result of understanding oneself better.
