I believe in the power of relational connection through therapy and as such use relational psychodynamic therapy in my work with clients. It is through the therapeutic relationship that development and change begins to occur.

I have a particular passion for childhood development, attachment difficulties and relational trauma such as abuse and/or loss/grief. These attachment difficulties may be experienced in adulthood as well, and as such I have often worked with adults who would like to work through childhood difficulties and traumas.

I have experience working with former street children and children who have encountered chronic stress, children with behavioural concerns, anxiety and families in crisis. I am privileged to walk a journey with my clients where they can work towards reaching their full potential.
