I provide a supportive space where you can work through problems, including relationship difficulties, dealing with emotions, problems with self-image, and finding deeper meaning. I offer long term therapy as well as shorter term supportive therapy for individuals (young and old), couples, and families. I am also available on Saturdays.

I work mainly psychodynamically with an emphasis on emotional well-being, relationships, and working through past difficulties that may be hampering or affecting you now. I have a sensitive and supportive approach.

I am a member of the Cape Town Psychoanalytic Self Psychology Group and the International Association for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and work at Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Pinelands. I claim from medical aids, and also have a sliding scale of rates.
